Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The jacket must be unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
The product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage
The item has been altered or used incorrectly
Damage occurred due to misuse or improper handling
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

A brief explanation of the reason for return
Once approved, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jacket arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
